What time should I arrive?

The reception begins at 6:00 PM. No need to arrive early, as the parking lots won't open until right at 6 pm.

 

Are children welcome?

As much as we adore little ones, this will be a child-free celebration with the exception of immediate family. Take the night off—you’ve earned it.

 

What should I wear?
Think elegant meets equestrian: dress to impress, but keep the venue in mind. The reception barn has a concrete floor, but you’ll also be walking on grass and gravel. Dress shoes or boots with a little grit are perfect. Ditch the heels; they'll get stuck, anyway!

 

Where should I stay?
We’ve reserved a block of rooms nearby for your convenience. Please book early to secure your spot—we’d love to keep everyone close!   Marriot Duffy Wedding Group Block

Can I take pictures?
Yes, please! While there won't be a formal ceremony, the setting is filled with picturesque moments—from golden pastures to horses in the paddock. Snap away and tag us!  #destinationduffy

 

Food & Drinks

We’re so excited to have Casa Real’s food truck serving up tacos and nachos featuring our own pasture-raised hog and goat. Dinner will be served between 6:30 – 9:00 PM. Don’t miss Chef Jose’s famous barbacoa—it’s farm-to-table at its finest.

 

We’ll be providing domestic keg beer, wine, and soda. Feel free to bring your own cooler with personal favorites or a few drinks to share. There will be a designated space to store them upon arrival.

 

Bring lawn chairs!

We’re keeping it casual—no assigned seating. There will be plenty of tables and chairs throughout the barn and lawn. Settle in wherever feels just right, but we definitely encourage you to bring lawn chairs!

 

Where should I park?

Parking is available in two designated pastures on the East and West sides of Willow City Farm. Our parking attendants and signage will help guide you to your spot.  Need to be dropped off closer to the barn? No problem—we’ve got you covered. Drop off is available. Carpooling is encouraged if possible!

Can I bring my pup?

Sorry, even though we'll be outside on the farm, Fido will have to stay home.  There are multiple working dogs on the property, and their whole job is to keep outside dogs and coyotes away.  Don't worry - the dogs are behind electric fence, so they won't invade your space or swipe your burrito.  You CAN check out the peacocks, horses, cows, goats, pigs, chicken, sheep, and alpaca though!
